Refund Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Blink itself and the free add-ons cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. This page explains how paid plans work if you choose to buy one.
How paid plans work
- The price, the billing period (for example monthly), whether it renews automatically and how to cancel are shown before you pay, on the payment page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancelling is as easy as signing up: one click in the Blink app (Account, then Manage billing). Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We remind you by email before a renewing subscription renews.
- Your add-on is marked as owned after Stripe confirms the payment. If it does not appear within a few minutes, write to us and we will fix it.
Refunds
- If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content that starts immediately, this right can end once the content has been provided with your prior express consent; where the law requires that consent, we will ask for it before you pay.
- If something went wrong with a payment (for example you were charged twice, or the plan did not switch on), write to us within 30 days and we will refund the amount that should not have been charged.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
- When a payment is refunded in full, the paid plan is switched off.
- Your other statutory rights as a consumer stay in place.
