Blink

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These terms apply to the Blink website at https://blinkplugins.com, the Blink desktop app and the add-ons you install with it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who provides the Service

Blink is operated by Blink Plugins (Poland). Contact: support@blinkplugins.com. We call the provider "we" below.

2. The Service

Blink installs, updates and manages add-ons for Adobe Premiere Pro. Blink is free to download and use. Some features or add-ons may be offered as a paid plan (for example "Blink Pro"); the price, the billing period, whether it renews automatically and how to cancel are shown before you pay. We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop offering an add-on.

3. Your account

4. Licence to use Blink

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Blink app and the add-ons for your own video editing work, including commercial projects. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the Service, remove copyright notices, or reverse engineer it, except where the law lets you do so regardless of this clause. Open-source components are covered by their own licences (see Licences).

5. Adobe

Blink is an independent product. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe. Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe Inc. You need your own valid licence for Premiere Pro.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or try to break into the Service, use it to break the law or other people's rights, collect data about other users, or try to bypass security checks, including the signature checks on updates.

7. Your content and AI features

Your videos and projects belong to you. Blink does not read or upload them. Some add-ons can send audio or text to third-party AI services when you use them, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you process and for checking AI results before you use them.

8. Updates

While Blink is open it may install updates to itself and to your add-ons automatically. Updates are verified with a digital signature and a previous version is kept so that a failed update can be undone.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to make it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Keep backups of your projects. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the previous 12 months (or, if the Service was free, to a nominal amount). This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Copyright and other complaints

If you believe something on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, write to support@blinkplugins.com with the details (what, where, and why you are the rights holder). We will look at it promptly and respond. We do not host user-uploaded files on the website.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you on the website or in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
